Hegrestad comes from the role of COO (Chief Operating Officer) in Avarn Security Group and will formally take over as CEO of the Nordic Cash Handling business from 1 January 2022.
- I am pleased that Rune Hegrestad has agreed to lead our Nordic Nokas business in the years to come. He knows the companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland well, both from a group perspective, but also because Rune has in recent months had a temporary overall operational responsibility for Cash Handling, says Avarn Security Group CEO Vidar Berg.
Hegrestad will continue to be part of the management team in the Avarn Security Group and will report to CEO Vidar Berg.
